1、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)增壓器進(jìn)/回油管:給渦輪增壓器導(dǎo)入/出循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑油。要求承受較高的工作溫度并對(duì)清潔訂有較高要求。
2、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)增壓器進(jìn)/回水管:給渦輪增壓器導(dǎo)入/出循環(huán)冷卻液,保證渦輪增壓器正常運(yùn)作。要求在環(huán)境溫度較高條件下正常工作。
3、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)EGR管:排氣歧管中的廢氣經(jīng)EGR閥適量導(dǎo)入進(jìn)氣歧管并重新燃燒的管路,以減少NO化合物的排放。一般由不銹鋼管構(gòu)成,能承受較高的工作溫度。要求有精密的制作尺寸。
4、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)AKF管:燃油蒸氣管路。燃油蒸氣回收到進(jìn)氣歧管的管路,避免燃油油中的燃油蒸氣直接排放到空氣中。一般由不銹風(fēng)管構(gòu)成,對(duì)清潔度有較高要求。
1. Engine supercharger oil feed / return pipe: Feed / Return oil lubrication for turbocharger. It requires to withstand higher operating temperature and maintain higher cleanness level.
2. Engine supercharger coolant feed / return pipe: Feed / Return coolant circulation for turbocharger. It requires to run at a higher working temperature.
3. Engine EGR pipe: Exhaust-gas recirculation pipe which leads the engine exhaust gas from exhaust manifold into the inlet manifold through EGR valve and re-combustion. It is used to reduce the NOx of the exhaust gas. In general speaking. EGR pipe is made from stainless steel, requires precise dimensions and operating at high temperature.
4. Engine AKF pipe: Fuel vapour pipe. Fule vapour is recycled to the inlet manifold to avoid it directly into the air. This pipe is normally made from stainless steel and requires high cleanness level.
